3. Rock your mask. Social distancing is observed outside your suite and masks are required in public areas. In your suite, feel free to remove it to eat, drink, and ROCK.
4. Sanitization Rules! Your suite and microphones have been sanitized and ventilated before your arrival.
5. Your suite is sweet! Please stay in your private suite whenever possible and order all food and drinks with your server at the door. 
6. Bus it up. Please place empty items and trash into the bus tub in your suite.
7. Sign suitely. Please sign your checks from within your suite.
8. No encores, please!. On-time departures are appreciated so we can coordinate the flow of our guests.

• Comprehensive disinfection of every surface in-suite between parties
• Every party will have freshly sanitized microphones waiting for them.
  • Between parties, we sanitize the entire microphone, seating area and ipad surface area
• Sanitation wipes available at several locations throughout location
• Requiring masks for all staff and for guests in common areas. We will provide them if guests leave theirs at home. 
• Staff will limit their time in the suite. Orders will be taken at the suite door and guests will leave their empties in the provided bus tubs.
• Check-in has been streamlined to require minimal contact.

Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to keep Juice Box safe, clean and fun for all of our guests. We have asked them to take on new responsibilities in an effort to keep our spaces clean and hygienic. Expect an incredible time and service from the moment you get in touch to long after your party leaves. With our self-hosted karaoke system, you will have full control of songs YOU want to sing. No more waiting in-line, listening to a screamo renditions of a Disney song, or large crowds…it’s your stage!

Of course! We host special parties for families, weddings, birthdays and young adults. We do not serve alcohol in suites where guests under 21 years of age are present. Minors must depart by 8pm Mondays-Thursdays and by 7pm on Fridays-Sundays.

We have more than 20,000 English songs that regularly keep parties rocking for hours on end. We also have 50,000 more songs spanning 11 languages so everyone can pick their favorite track.

In order to make the most of your singing session, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time you’d like to start singing. We want to get your party started right and it does take some time to properly check IDs and start tabs. If you arrive at 7:00, we can’t promise you’ll be in full party mode any sooner than 7:15.
